This is a wonderful seasoning. The celery seed is well down in the ingredients list, but it's bitter savory flavor shines thought the other high quality ingredients. I'll note that the ingredients recently changed, with rice flour replacing corn meal in the list, but that inclusion of a starch enhances the browning effect.
